Dasha Cuellar

Dasha first worked as a clinical psychologist, with a degree in Psychophysiology from Moscow State University in Russia. Upon moving to the USA over a decade ago, Dasha started from scratch, earning her Associate's Degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Development, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and she is now pursuing her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary's University. Dasha brings an extensive work history in mental health.

 

Combining a unique international perspective in her work, Dasha specializes in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as supporting couples in all stages of relationships. Dasha is deeply passionate about maternal mental health, and helping parents navigate the joys and demands of this transformative stage. 

 

Dasha's approach incorporates evidence-based frameworks, including Brain Spotting, a powerful mind-body connection therapy, Discernment Counseling, and the Gottman Method for couples.

 

Whether you’re navigating a major life change, relationship uncertainty, or simply looking for a space to heal, Dasha will be there to support you every step of the way. Fluent in Russian and English, Dasha provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.
